FOOTBALL MIRRORS LIFE!
Our mission is to create an environment that takes young men where they cannot take themselves. We believe in the following principles that will accomplish this goal:
- Achieve an exemplary foundation of leadership and academic success that will help each young man to develop an attitude to become successful throughout life.
- We believe in honesty, integrity, strength of character and confidence.
- We embrace a commitment to excellence, loyalty, selflessness, trust and humility.
- We teach overcoming adversity, establishing priorities, goal setting and being responsible for our own actions.
- We will have the relentless pursuit of our district title and the passion to win the New Mexico 5A state Championship.
- The Mayfield Football Family is where there are shared responsibilities, care and discipline, with absence of special privileges.
To aspire to be a Championship Football TEAM, WE must get to work.

Mayfield Football would like to thank everyone who
hosted our players at their homes and provided food for all pre-game meals this season,
cooked for our amazing Saturday morning team breakfasts every week,
helped organize and work our post-game meals after every game,
worked memorabilia, decorated the stands, set up and broke down for events,
worked the 50/50 ticket booth and managed dinner for our freshmen,
contributed to and worked our family tailgates,
donated snacks, drinks, burritos....this list goes on.
We very much appreciate the players & their families
who supported our Trojans program fundraisers this year.
Fundraisers are the only way our program can survive.
Your support - or lack of it - directly impacts every player and coach on this team.

If you're interested in helping out with tailgates this coming season, contact Andreas Linnan at 575-491-8869 for more information on how you can help.
The tailgates are a great way to visit with other Mayfield fans and enjoy a bite to eat before the game begins, listen to some music, play some Cornhole, and build our Trojan community! Everyone’s invited!
Bring your best dish to share, your camping chairs and your favorite drinks, and let’s get ready to cheer our Trojans on to Victory!
